严泽浩，男，江西南昌人，管理学博士，讲师，硕士生导师。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，省部级课题4项，参与多项国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目。先后在《经济研究》《审计研究》Journal of Corporate Finance、Journal of Business Finance & Accounting、International Review of Financial Analysis、Managerial and Decision Economics、Applied Economics等CSSCI/SSCI期刊发表论文10余篇，其中部分成果被人大复印报刊资料全文转载。研究方向为：公司财务、公司治理、创业投资。欢迎有读博意愿的同学报考研究生！

学术兼职：
