2020年12月27日下午，以“资本市场改革中的企业资本结构安排与资本使用效率”为主题的第二场会计学国际论坛在智华经管楼340会议室召开。学院会计系主任张横峰主持本次会议。

英国华威大学李雪纯同学，美国天普大学孙莹同学，南昌大学江思琪、陈雯、熊洪莉、徐阳同学先后以《Long-Term Impact of Economic Conditions on Auditors’ Judgment》《How does bank ownership affect firm investment?Evidence from China》《Rethinking Measurement of Pay Disparity and its Relation to Firm Performance》《Institutional investors’ corporate site visits and corporate innovation》《Opening Up the “Black Box” of Audit Firms: The Effects of Audit Partner Ownership on Audit Adjustments》《The consequences of shifting the IPO offer pricing power from securities regulators to market participants in weak institutional environments: Evidence from China》为主题进行汇报。会议期间，参会的国内外各高校同学就报告内容进行了积极交流，大家反响强烈，受益匪浅。

最后，系主任张横峰作总结发言，再次强调了本次会议的重点内容，并向应邀留学生同学表示感谢。

本次会议的召开，为研究生开展研究提供了新视角、新思路，引发大家的兴趣和思考，并且为论文撰写提供了宝贵经验。英国华威大学、美国天普大学部分及经济管理学院部分师生共计30余人参会。
