ANWAR KHAN, male, Pakistani, PhD in Environmental Economics.

He is a Distinguished Research Fellow and Master's Supervisor, and also serves as a reviewer for multiple internationally renowned journals including Energy Policy, Applied Energy, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, and Energy Journal.

In recent years, his research has focused on energy economics, environmental policy, sustainable development and applied econometrics. He has published over 60 SCI/SSCI papers in top-tier international journals such as Energy, Energy Policy, Applied Energy, China & World Economy, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Renewable Energy. Consecutively from 2023 to 2025, he was recognized as an Elsevier Highly Cited Researcher and ranked among the top 2% of scientists worldwide.
