On the morning of October 15, 2026, coordinated by the Hanliang Health Industry Innovation and Design Research Institute of Nanchang University, faculty members and international students from the Department of Business Administration of School of Economics and Department (SEM) visited Jiangxi Hanliang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., conducting seminars centered on corporate internationalization. Under the theme "Integrating Industry and Education to Facilitate Going Global, Leveraging Cross-Cultural Management for Win-Win Outcomes," this activity extended the Cross-Cultural Management course to the frontline of enterprises, aiming to leverage the local resource advantages of international students to build a two-way channel for enterprises to expand into global markets, while deepening their understanding of cross-cultural management theory and practice in real multinational business scenarios.

Company representatives introduced the development history, core business layout, technical R&D capabilities, and globalization development plans. The visiting team toured the corporate culture exhibition hall, product display area, and R&D production workshops, closely observing technological achievements and product systems, and gaining first-hand insight into the development trajectory of the bio-health industry. During the tour, international students showed strong interest in the production processes, quality control, and product R&D, frequently engaging with staff on technical details. The company's arrangements in multilingual signage and cross-cultural communication also provided vivid material for subsequent course-based discussions.

Following the visit, students and representatives of the company held a seminar on Hanliang Biotech's international trade segment, focusing on discussions regarding cross-border e-commerce platform selection and market localization adaptation, policies and regulations for overseas registration and setting up factories abroad, as well as labor and tax compliance. Students shared first-hand market information and local perspectives based on their home countries' e-commerce ecosystems, consumption habits, and business rules. The interactions were lively, and the students' diverse cultural backgrounds provided valuable references for the enterprise in cross-cultural communication and localized operations.

In the areas of talent development and student internships, both parties engaged in pragmatic discussions on deepening cooperation details. The enterprise indicated that in its internationalization process, Hanliang Biotech urgently needs talents who are familiar with overseas markets and possess cross-cultural communication capabilities. The international students' diverse cultural backgrounds and local resource advantages serve as important bridges connecting the enterprise to overseas markets. Both parties reached preliminary consensus on establishing internship positions for international students, launching overseas market research projects, and exploring joint talent cultivation models. In the future, they will further advance the industry-education integration practice of "universities cultivating, enterprises developing, both achieving win-win outcomes."

This visit represents a vivid practice of industry-education integration between the university and enterprises: on one hand, it provides an industrial practice classroom for faculty and students, connecting theoretical coursework with real industrial demands; on the other hand, it taps into international students' cross-border resource advantages to empower the implementation of the enterprise's internationalization strategy. Looking ahead, the school will continue to explore models such as joint talent cultivation, overseas market research, and international project collaboration, building a broader practice platform for international students.
