To deepen the integration of industry and education and broaden their perspectives, international students of Class 2028 Business Administration visited the Jiangxi Cross-Border E-commerce Industrial Park on November 6. The visit featured a practical teaching activity themed "Perceiving Digital Trade, Connecting to the Global Future."

Their first stop was a visit to Jiangxi Meifan Technology Co., Ltd., a key enterprise in the park, where they attended a training session of cross-border e-commerce living-streaming, covering platform rules, live-streaming techniques, and product selection skills. The students showed keen interest, and during the hands-on experience that followed, several students eagerly stepped onto the live-streaming stage to take on the role of "cross-border hosts," creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. El Fakir El Mahfoud, a student from Morocco, excitedly shared after the experience, "It was my first time ‘selling’ products to a global audience in front of the camera, and it felt incredibly novel! This gave me a genuine sense of the innovative energy and tremendous potential of China’s e-commerce industry."

Following the visit, representatives from SEM and the company discussed details regarding talent cultivation and internships and reached an initial cooperation agreement to jointly develop "customized" training programs, which is expected to provide students with internship and employment opportunities.

By extending the classroom to the forefront of the industry, the activity not only allowed international students to witness the achievements of China’s digital economy but also opened new directions for their future career development. The School will continue to deepen its cooperation with enterprises, providing international students with broader practical platforms to help them seize opportunities and achieve their dreams amid the global wave of the digital economy.
