Overview
International Business Administration (120204K) is a 4-year bachelor program in Management. The minimum required credits for the degree are 121.5 credits (including the graduation thesis), with no less than 22 credits for elective courses. Students who complete the courses and credit requirements stipulated in the plan and pass HSK Level 4 and the assessment before graduation are allowed to graduate. Those who meet the prescribed conditions shall be awarded a bachelor's degree in Management.
The expected graduation goals for this major are as follows:
Goal 1: Discipline level. Students will be able to systematically master professional knowledge and theories in international enterprise management, strategic management, international human resource management, marketing, etc., and possess the ability to preliminarily solve practical problems in enterprises and conduct scientific research.
Goal 2: Cognitive competence. Students will be able to develop a systematic understanding of China, familiarize themselves with China's history, geography, society, economy, and other national conditions, understand China's political system and foreign policy, comprehend the mainstream values and public morality of Chinese society, and form a good sense of the rule of law and moral consciousness.
Goal 3: Language proficiency. Students will be able to pass the HSK Level 4, complete learning and research tasks in Chinese for this subject and major, and possess the ability to engage in related work in Chinese.
Goal 4: Cross cultural and global competence. Students will be able to possess awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and skills in tolerating, understanding and adapting to cultural diversity, and play a role in mutual respect, understanding, and solidarity among different ethnic groups, societies, and countries. Students will be able to have international perspective, apply professional knowledge and skills in practical environments in multiple countries, and participate in international exchanges and cooperation. Through professional training and self-learning, students will be able to acquire strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and cross-cultural management abilities.
