Position Summary

1). Positions: discipline leaders, outstanding discipline talents.

2). Target Disciplines: Enterprise Management (urgently needed), Corporate Finance, Auditing, Technology Economics and Management, and other related fields.

3). Requirements:

Firstly, candidates should adhere to the correct political direction, support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, uphold the leadership of the CPC and the socialist system, implement the Party's line, principles and policies, be loyal to and love the Party's education, practice the core socialist values, and abide by professional ethics, laws and regulations and relevant school systems.

Secondly, discipline leaders are expected to demonstrate strong academic organizing capabilities, have achieved influential research outcomes that reach the domestic leading or world advanced level in their respective disciplines, and possess remarkable academic accomplishments. They should have a proactive academic mindset, put forward innovative visions for disciplinary development, be capable of leading their discipline to attain domestic leading status, and strive for domestic leading and world advanced standards in cutting-edge disciplinary fields.

Thirdly, Outstanding Discipline Talents shall have strong academic capabilities and own influential representative achievements in their disciplines. They should show great development potential, propose innovative ideas for discipline construction, and have the potential to support their discipline in maintaining or advancing toward the domestic advanced level. Normally, candidates shall have postdoctoral research experience (2 years or more) in well-known universities or research institutes at home or abroad, and possess the potential to compete for national-level young talent programs. Newly recruited staff will sign a 6-year probationary employment contract with the university, and a renewal contract will be signed upon completion of the term objectives.
