2020年12月28日，由南昌大学经济管理学院主办，德国亚琛工业大学、英国Northumbria University等院校共同参与的《数字化时代下的运营管理国际工作坊》会议在线举办。经济管理学院教师张盼主持本次会议。

分享交流期间，参会学者进行了热烈讨论，并针对数字化技术革新对营销策略、运营管理、财务分析、优化决策等领域带来的机遇、挑战以及应对策略进行了系统的讨论，进一步拓宽了各自的研究视野，也为今后在相关领域进行合作研究奠定了基础。本次国际工作坊会议的成功举办，对工商管理学科的国际化发展起到了积极作用。
